All good, but some constructive criticism
Staff were helpful in fixing issues. Nice place. Good that it has a cloths washing machine and dryer for longer stays
Clothes washing machine was faulty (but they found a work around). Also The detergent tray was filthy on both machines (hopefully they will remedy this with cleaners). It is also half way between 2 tube stations so reasonable walk to either

Great location and impressive building
Overall the building, decor, entrance lobby s beautiful.
No hot water, toilet seat was not fitted properly. The small Windows were high up and the blinds let in too much light. Also I think the room was located near the front of the building so car headlights disturbed our sleep.

Clean, safe and 10mins from Train station.
Hotel was clean and tidy, didn’t hear much traffic from the streets around. South Kensington underground station was a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
