All good, but some constructive criticism
Staff were helpful in fixing issues. Nice place. Good that it has a cloths washing machine and dryer for longer stays
Clothes washing machine was faulty (but they found a work around). Also The detergent tray was filthy on both machines (hopefully they will remedy this with cleaners). It is also half way between 2 tube stations so reasonable walk to either

Great location and impressive building
Overall the building, decor, entrance lobby s beautiful.
No hot water, toilet seat was not fitted properly. The small Windows were high up and the blinds let in too much light. Also I think the room was located near the front of the building so car headlights disturbed our sleep.
